J'ai conservé le tissu et j'ai peint l'assise et le dossier avec de la peinture acrylique fuschia (la même que celle des pneus), puis collage d'un galon neuf sur la périphérie

Deux couches de peinture acrylique satinée et finition  par trois couches de vernis incolore. 

Astuce : si vous optez pour le collage de serviettes et quel que soit le motif que vous choississez, prévoyez toujours un fond très clair afin qu'aucune partie blanche de la serviette n'apparaisse.  Il y a deux options : 

***  si le motif n'est pas très détaillé, vous pouvez le découper délicatement aux ciseaux

***  si le motif est détaillé (telle cette rose) il faut déchirer tout autour car une coupe nette aux ciseaux provoquerait un relief disgracieux au collage
